Tasty wild blueberries and aromatic lavender are a match made in heaven. This simple, vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free blueberry lavender smoothie takes less than 5 minutes to prepare. 

We love this recipe because the smell of this smoothie travels us to the hot summer days in the endless lavender fields. It’s a beautiful addition to your breakfast or brunch.

Feel free to play around with the recipe based on your own flavor preferences – for example, banana blends really well with lavender and wild blueberry! Wild blueberry powder (also called bilberry powder) is a great alternative to fresh or frozen blueberries, as it is available all-year-round. Arctic Flavors blueberry powder is made from wild Arctic blueberries, which also have has much better nutritional values than cultivated berries typically sold in stores (read about the difference between wild vs cultivated blueberries).

Wild blueberry lavender smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
1 teaspoon Arctic Flavors blueberry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground dried lavender
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation – blueberry lavender smoothie

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or mixer. Mix until smooth & serve.
