Ingredients

1 medium zucchini
1 banana
1/2 cup (120 mL) plant-based milk, such as almond milk
1/4 cup (120 mL) oats (optional)
2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
1 teaspoon Arctic Flavors blueberry powder
Hemp seeds (optional, for topping)
Coconut flakes (optional, for topping)

Preparation – blueberry shake

    1. Peel and cut the zucchini into cubes.
    2. Mix together all ingredients (banana, plant-based milk, oats, protein powder, blueberry powder) in a food processor or mixer. Enjoy!
