1 medium zucchini
1 banana
1/2 cup (120 mL) plant-based milk, such as almond milk
1/4 cup (120 mL) oats (optional)
2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
1 teaspoon Arctic Flavors blueberry powder
Hemp seeds (optional, for topping)
Coconut flakes (optional, for topping)
