Homemade rice pudding with wild Arctic blueberries

Ingredients

1 cup (240 mL) water

1 cup (240 mL) Arborio rice

4 cups (1,2 l) milk

2 teaspoons Arctic Flavors wild blueberry powder

a pinch of salt

Ground cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

    1. Boil the water and add the rice.
    2. Once the rice has absorbed all water (in about 5 minutes), add the milk. Cook slowly on medium-low heat, constantly stirring to avoid the milk from burning (for about 45 minutes).
    3. When the rice has absorbed all the milk, add the salt and Arctic Flavors wild blueberry powder and mix well.
    4. Serve the rice pudding with cinnamon and any other desired toppings, such as fresh fruit or jam.
