Blueberry tzatziki

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 small cucumber, peeled and grated

1 clove of garlic, grated

1 teaspoon Arctic Flavors wild blueberry powder

1 teaspoon dried mint

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon salt


    1. Peel and grate the cucumber and squeeze it to remove the water
    2. Grate the garlic
    3. Mix together all ingredients (yogurt, cucumber, garlic, wild blueberry powder, mint, olive oil, salt) & serve in a bowl
