You can prepare the tzatziki and store it in the fridge for up to a couple of days.

Blueberry tzatziki

Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 small cucumber, peeled and grated
1 clove of garlic, grated
1 teaspoon Arctic Flavors wild blueberry powder
1 teaspoon dried mint
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation – blueberry tzatziki

- Peel and grate the cucumber and squeeze it to remove the water
- Grate the garlic
- Mix together all ingredients (yogurt, cucumber, garlic, wild blueberry powder, mint, olive oil, salt) & serve in a bowl
