Ingredients
1 cup oats (whole, also called rolled or old-fashioned)
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon Arctic Flavors wild blueberry powder
coconut flakes
seeds or nuts (optional)
fresh berries (optional)
Preparation
- Mix together the oats, almond milk, and wild blueberry powder. Optionally, you can add some fresh berries, like blackberries, to the oat mix
- Place in the fridge overnight
- Finish with any of your favorite toppings: coconut flakes, seeds or nuts, or fresh berries.
