1 cup fresh or frozen berries, e.g. strawberries or blackberries
1/2 cup plant-based milk, e.g. almond milk, oat milk
1-2 spoonfuls Arctic Flavors blackcurrant powder
1/2 cup oats (optional)
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor or with a blender
- Optionally, you can top the smoothie with fresh or frozen berries, a sprinkle of the blackcurrant powder or some fresh mint leaves.
