This booster smoothie has multiple essential and super healthy nutrients:

Vegan, refined sugar-free, gluten-free 

Vitamin C & Omega Booster Smoothie With Sea Buckthorn & Ginger

Makes 1 serving 

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 small zucchini, peeled

1-2 teaspoon Arctic Flavors wild sea buckthorn powder

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor or with a blender
  2. Optionally, you can top the smoothie with thin slices of banana or a sprinkle of the sea buckthorn powder.
  3. Enjoy your smoothie!
