Sea buckthorn and cantaloupe smoothie

1/2 cup (120 mL) almond milk
1/2 cup (120 mL) Greek yogurt
1/2 cup (60 mL) oats (preferably old-fashioned)
1/2 cup cantaloupe
1-2 tablespoons of Arctic Flavors wild sea buckthorn powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
Fresh fruits (e.g. banana)
Nuts or seeds (e.g. almonds or sunflower seeds)
- Mix all smoothie ingredients in a mixer until smooth
- Pour the sea buckthorn smoothie in a serving bowl or big glass
- Add your favorite toppings
