Just mix frozen ingredients in a mixer and serve – it’s really that simple.
This recipe works both for a slushie (a bit more runny texture) and for a sorbet – with no ice cream maker needed! Turn it into watermelon blueberry sorbet by pouring the mixture in a freezer-safe container with a lid. Freeze for at least 3 hours and mix vigorously every 30 minutes. This will guarantee a perfect texture for your watermelon blueberry sorbet.

2 cups (480mL) frozen watermelon
2 tablespoons Arctic Flavors wild blueberry powder

- Blend the watermelon and the wild blueberry powder in a mixer until smooth.
- Serve the healthy fruit slushie immediately with a spoon or straw.
