It’s summer, it’s hot and you feel like something refreshing… How about a healthy fruit slushie? This homemade watermelon blueberry slushie recipe has two ingredients and takes no more than 5 minutes of active preparation time. How to make a healthy slushie? Just mix frozen ingredients in a mixer and serve – it’s really that simple.

This recipe works both for a slushie (a bit more runny texture) and for a sorbet – with no ice cream maker needed! Turn it into watermelon blueberry sorbet by pouring the mixture in a freezer-safe container with a lid. Freeze for at least 3 hours and mix vigorously every 30 minutes. This will guarantee a perfect texture for your watermelon blueberry sorbet.
