Ingredients

1 medium zucchini
1 banana
1/2 cup (120 mL) plant-based milk, such as almond milk
1/4 cup (120 mL) oats (optional)
2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
1 teaspoon Arctic Flavors wild blueberry powder
Hemp seeds (optional, for topping)
Coconut flakes (optional, for topping)

Preparation

    1. Peel and cut the zucchini into cubes.
    2. Mix together all ingredients (banana, plant-based milk, oats, protein powder, wild blueberry powder) in a food processor or mixer. Enjoy!
