Homemade rice pudding with wild Arctic blueberries

1 cup (240 mL) water
1 cup (240 mL) Arborio rice
4 cups (1,2 l) milk
2 teaspoons Arctic Flavors wild blueberry powder
a pinch of salt
Ground cinnamon (optional)
- Boil the water and add the rice.
- Once the rice has absorbed all water (in about 5 minutes), add the milk. Cook slowly on medium-low heat, constantly stirring to avoid the milk from burning (for about 45 minutes).
- When the rice has absorbed all the milk, add the salt and Arctic Flavors wild blueberry powder and mix well.
- Serve the rice pudding with cinnamon and any other desired toppings, such as fresh fruit or jam.
