Ingredients

Smoothie bowl:

1 cup (240 mL) almond milk

1/2 cup (120 mL) Greek yogurt (or vegan yogurt)

1/2 cup (60 mL) rolled oats 

1-2 teaspoons Arctic Flavors wild blueberry powder

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (skip honey for vegan option)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Toppings:

Fresh fruits (e.g. banana or strawberries)

Nuts or seeds (e.g. almonds or sunflower seeds)

Buckwheat groats

Coconut flakes

Granola

Preparation

    1. Mix all smoothie bowl ingredients in a mixer until smooth.
    2. Pour smoothie into a serving bowl
    3. Add your favorite toppings
